Heavy duty Philadelphia Transit Company ticket punch and studded leather carry pouch or holster ca. 1950s. "P.T.C" is engraved on the side of the punch. The tool would have been used by the conductor/driver on PTC trolley and bus routes. 3/16 round shaped Die. Punch tool measures 4.75" overall.
