This original framed 12.3" x 26.5" print depicts an aerial view of the exhibition grounds of the 1864 Great Central Fair in Philadelphia. The original image was done by artist James Fuller Queen. P.S Duval & Sons provided lithographs of the artwork at the fair to be purchased by attendees as a souvenir. The fair, which lasted three weeks, raised money for the U.S Sanitary Commission. Our print is held in a gilded frame with white inlay and blue accents. In its frame, this print measures 25" x 36". Frame has some minor chipping and wear, but is otherwise in good condition. The print has a small watermark (see pictures provided for more detail).
